How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders usually ship within 72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches its destination.
Please note if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible.
Orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Most products come with free shipping. There are a few products that have a shipping fee of $5.
Shipping is FREE on all orders above $100.
How can I track my order?
You should receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Orders cannot be cancelled while in transit as there is no way to reroute the package.
If you no longer want the item, please wait until you receive it and then contact us for return/refund information.
Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?
Although our expected delivery time is 4-10 business days after the order has been shipped out, delays are not always in our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days, please contact us and we'll gladly look into it and make things right for you.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if it came with them), and in its original packaging.
You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
On orders with free shipping, the buyer must fulfill the return and label costs.

What is the Shipping Protection?
We offer a Shipping Protection on all orders for an additional $3. This protects your order in the case that it is lost in transit, damaged, delivery attempt failure, and also when tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it.
Without shipping protection, we cannot guarantee refunds on orders that show delivered but buyer claims to not have received.
Order shows delivered but I never received it?
In some cases, tracking prematurely will show your order as delivered. Orders tend to arrive a few days later.
If 5 days have passed and you still have not received it, please contact us at thepearlisstore@gmail.com.
You can also contact your local delivery service/local post office for further assistance. This would be the fastest way to seek assistance as we only have limited resources when it comes to assisting with tracking and delivery after it has been shipped out from our warehouse.
I am missing items from my order?
In some cases, items may ship from different locations depending on stock availability to ensure fastest delivery.
If this is the case, you should have received multiple tracking numbers for your order.

Where do we ship to and from?
We currently ship internationally. We have warehouses in the US, UK, CA, and CH. We will ship your order from wherever the fastest delivery can be made from based on location and inventory.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we have a quick shipment processing time after an order has been placed which does not allow us to make changes to the order.
Please make sure the address and other order details you enter are accurate.
I did not receive an order confirmation email?
We send an order confirmation email after an order has been placed for all orders.
In some cases, the email may end up in your spam or junk mail so please check if it's there.

Do you offer wholesale services?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer wholesale services. However, we are in the works of making this possible for businesses and retailers interested in partnering with us.
